How should these indicators be read?

The indicators below are signals about the state of the work environment; they are not a precise diagnosis.

They help you understand where the organization stands and where it is worth looking deeper, even if you already have your own internal data.

Methodology

How the Motify Baltic Work Environment Barometer is created

The Motify Baltic Work Environment Barometer is based on representative surveys of employees, measuring both work environment outcomes and the work environment factors associated with them.

This approach makes it possible not only to describe the situation, but also to understand what creates it.

Work environment assessment for organizations

The Motify Baltic Work Environment Barometer is not only a public report.

Companies can receive an assessment of their own organization's work environment using the same methodology applied in the Baltic-level barometer.

  • Compare your organization with the industry, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and the Baltics,
  • Understand whether visible signals are in the normal, transition, or risk zone,
  • Base decisions on data, not assumptions.

Depending on the required depth, companies can participate at three levels.

Participation levels

  1. 1.

    External comparison (organization level)

    WHERE YOU REALLY STAND

Provides a clear, data-driven answer to the question:whether your organization operates on a foundation of sustainable performance or near the edge of risk.

    You receive:

    • a work environment health assessment for the whole organization,
    • a comparison with the industry, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and the Baltic context,
    • indications of key risks (burnout, disengagement, etc.),
    • summary recommendations.

Suitable when management needs a fast and objective reality check.

  2. 2.

Internal diagnostics (organization + business units)

    WHERE EXACTLY THE PROBLEM IS

Answers the question:where problems are concentrated in the organization and where action is needed.

In addition to the organization level:

    • business unit comparison (minimum respondent count n > 4)
    • for each business unit:
    • a separate report,
    • targeted recommendations,
    • identified points of risk concentration.

Suitable when specific management decisions are needed, not just an understanding of the overall situation.

  3. 3.

Individual feedback for employees and targeted interventions (full level)

WHAT TO DO NEXT - AND HOW TO ACHIEVE REAL CHANGE

Answers the question:how to improve the situation, not just measure it.

In addition to the previous levels:

    • each employee receives an individual report on their well-being,
    • personalized recommendations for improving work capacity and well-being,
    • the opportunity to build targeted, data-based interventions,
    • deeper analysis (critical points, influence nodes, etc.).

Suitable when the goal is not only to diagnose, but to systematically improve organizational performance.
