What we do differently

  • Focus on performance

The work environment is analyzed as a factor that affects organizational results, not only employees.

  • Problem localization

Not average indicators, but specific units where risks are forming.

  • Comparison with the Baltics

Results are evaluated in context, not in isolation.

  • From data to action

Every conclusion has a clear next step.

Where is this approach used?

Our data is used to:

  • Identify the causes of performance decline

  • Focus management intervention

  • Justify structural changes

  • Develop managers based on data

The Motify story.

Motify was founded in 2011. It is a research and consulting company that helps organizations make data-driven decisions.

Our first clients were companies in the banking and manufacturing sectors, which we helped to better understand customer needs, improve products and services, and develop business strategies.

Today, by combining research, technology, and practical experience, Motify focuses entirely on workplace research and development. We have developed our own employee engagement index, employee well-being index, and workplace health assessment methodology, helping organizations make informed decisions about people, leadership, and organizational development.

While working with organizations across different sectors, we increasingly observed one common pattern: long-term business success is shaped not only by products, services, or market position, but also by the quality of the leadership team, employee engagement, and workplace health.

As early as 2018, we shared our research and insights at HR Week, one of the most important human resources conferences in the Baltics. In the years that followed, this field became our core specialization.

Built on experience and research.

Motify's roots lie in more than twenty years of experience in market research and business consulting. In 2003, the company's founders established one of the leading market research companies in the Baltics, which later became part of the international research group GfK.

That experience continues to shape our approach today: a belief in the power of data, high research standards, and the conviction that the best decisions are based on evidence rather than assumptions.

Experienced researchers contribute to developing and refining our methodologies, including former GfK CR Baltics Managing Director Dr. oec. Iluta Skrūzkalne, who holds a doctorate in econometrics and is a lecturer. Her academic and practical experience helps ensure that our solutions combine scientific rigor with practical value in organizations' day-to-day work.
